My first and WORST experience using a Travel Agent
There were 12 of us booked to go on a cruise for the 5th of April to the 12th of April. We all paid for Balcony suites but only 4 of us received the Balcony suites ( 2 rooms) on the 9th floor. The rest of us had rooms on the 2nd floor and received a coupon book full of crap for the mistake our agent made due to her overbooking!!! We made our reservations 6-8 months ahead of time just to ensure this kind of mistake did not happen. The difference in price is roughly $1200.00 that was attempted to be smoothed over by the useless coupon book I mentioned above. We are planning a cruise in the future but you can assure yourselves that it will not be with you!!! If anyone is looking for a travel agent look elsewhere. (Very Unhappy Cruiser, 04/21/2009)
